RETURNS

You may cancel your order at any time from the moment of purchase up until dispatch. If your order has not yet been dispatched, your refund will be processed in-full, as soon as possible. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. To cancel your order, please send an email to jessbrightdesign@gmail.com with your order number and a note about your request to cancel. 

Please note that return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is incorrect/faulty. Your refund will be processed upon receipt of the return, providing it is in a saleable condition. Depending on your bank and your payment method, refunds can take 3-7 working days to appear in your account. 

INCORRECT/DAMAGED/FAULTY GOODS

In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, pop an email across to jessbrightdesign@gmail.com with details like a photo or just a round up of the issue and I'll aim to get it sorted.

FREE GIFT PROMOTIONS

If you are returning an item that was ordered in conjunction with a free gift offer (eg: buy 1 get 1 free), return of the free item is required to process the full refund of the item.
